Punk IPA – This 5.6% trans-atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.
Ginger Beer – Brewed using the finest Jamaican Ginger, considered to be the finest in the world. Other ingredients include Cascade hops, Jamaican cane sugar, and Royal Jamaican new crop rum.
Fucking Hell – Fucking Hell is a German Pilsner or pale lager at 4.9% ABV. It is named after the village of Fucking in Austria. It plays on hell, the German word for ‘pale’. The taste is clean and crisp with a slight fruity tropical hop finish. The beer itself contains no additives or preservatives, which reassures you of a easy following morning. Fucking hell beer is incredibly sessionable and will definitely be your new “go-to” beer.
FIVE AM Saint – This iconic red ale is produced using 5 different hops and 5 different malts hence the name 5am Saint. The generous use of hops gives this red ale its citrus, orange and lychee flavours.

Hobgoblin – Hobgoblin is strong in roasted malt with a moderate hoppy bitterness and slight fruity character that lasts through to the end.The ruby red coloured Hobgoblin is full-bodied and has a delicious chocolate toffee malt flavour balanced with a rounded moderate bitterness and an overall fruity character.
Kingpin – This is our attempt to reclaim one of the world’s classic beer styles, in honour of the great German and Bohemian Pilsners of the 19th century.
Brewed with 100% malt and a juggernaut of hops, this cold-conditioned king lies until the perfect moment. Expect the first wave of robust, full-bodied malt character to hit, then spicy citrus notes charge across the palate and an assertive bitter finish wins the day.
Rosé Cider – A beautiful craft made Rose cider, with a salmon pink color naturally derived from crisp red apple skins. Made traditionally and with no added sugars, this cider displays medium sweetness with floral notes.
Apple Cider – Fresh, clean and crisp apple aroma, with a balanced Medium dry “appley” taste. A traditional Sparkling Apple Cider, made with 100% English Cider Apples.

America’s First Trappist Beer – Our recipe was inspired by the traditional refectory ales known as patersbier (“fathers’ beer” in Flemish) in Belgium. These sessionable beers are brewed by the monks for their dinner table and are typically only available at the monastery. Spencer is a full-bodied, golden-hued ale with fruity accents, a dry finish and light hop bitterness. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, preserving live yeast that naturally carbonates the beer in the bottle and keg and contributes to the beer flavor and aroma.
La Chouette Cider – From Normandy, La Chouette is a pure apple juice cider at 4.5% alc/vol, slightly fizzy, made by blending various apple varieties, which can be sweet, bittersweet, sharp and bittersharp. This blend gives a complex and balanced aromatic profile.
- Eye: Shiny golden colour with orange hues.

La Chouette has no added colouring, no added sugar, and is not made from reconstituted apple juice, only from pure apple juice
Green Goblin – Oak-aged Green Goblin is a cider with attitude, fruity and highly drinkable, but with real depth. A “Full Bittersweet” – from all English Cider Apples, particularly Dabinett and Somerset Redstreak selected from West Country orchards. Matured in century old oak vats, for a crisp refreshing burst of rich flavours. Cold, sterile filtered to capture the fresh distinctive character. A classic full-bodied floral golden cider, rich fruit finely balanced with complex tannins.
Old Rascal – Legend has it that every night a fox crept out from his resting place, under the cover of darkness, at the base of the Thatcher’s orchard to the cider store to pilfer fresh supplies for himself. Understandably, once a taste has been had, one taste is never enough. Named for the fox, Old Rascal is a strong, flavourful cider and is matured in oak vats to produce this scrumptious, full-bodied, farmhouse cider.
Somerset Haze – Thatchers Somerset Haze is a cloudy premium cider crafted with Discovery, Falstaff, Gala and Jonagold apples to create a crisp refreshing semi-sweet finish. It is the juice of the Jonagold apple that brings a naturally cloudy appearance to this chilled cider.
