Garage Project When we started out we were tiny. Garage Project wasn't even micro brewing... it was truly nano brewing. But what we lacked in size we more than made up for in agility and ability experiment. When you’re brewing on such a small scale you can afford to take risks. That suited us. We wanted to try something new. A few years have passed and we’ve grown, but that same ethos still shapes how we do things at the Garage. Whether we’re brewing 50 litres or several thousand, we’re still here to take some risks, to have a bit of fun and try something new.
Heart of Darkness Heart of Darkness is all about duality. Good and evil. Sane and insane. Big, bold, crafted brews that will challenge the way you think about beer. Thirst quenching, session beers that will have you bouncing off the walls. Hop bombs that will give you a kick-to-the-teeth, while still being still balanced and smashable. Whatever your taste, we’ve got it...
Little Creatures Brewing It started with a group of mates. All hailing from the beer scene, these guys wanted to brew an awesome, hop-driven Pale Ale with a distinctive aroma and delicious flavour. A huge shed (and former crocodile farm) on the water’s edge in Fremantle was to become the home of this beer and the birthplace of Australia’s iconic Little Creatures Brewing.
Menabrea Beer Menabrea is the oldest continuously producing brewery in Italy. For over 150 years the family have brewed their remarkable birre using their own recipe and only five simple ingredients: water, barley, hops, yeast & brewer's maize. It's said that the first Italian beer was created in pre-Roman times. Well, whoever first got the barrel rolling; it was the Menabrea family who endeavoured to perfect the craft.

North Taiwan Brewing The North Taiwan Brewing was established in June, 2003. The company was found by Professor Kow Jen Duan, who teaches microbial fermentation in Tatung University. Ten years ago, Dr. Duan was asked to make some beers for his boss. Enjoying himself in this challenge, he started to get deeper into a research of the beer styles and the technology of beer brewing. Now he is leading two students in brewing virtually hand-made beer in Taiwan, promoting the beer brewing technology to a level of craftwork boundaries. The beer presented by North Taiwan Brewing is the first bottled craft beer in Taiwan

Pirate Life Well, obviously, Pirates are pretty cool. That said, we’re not actual Pirates. We just align with some of their ideals. Do what you want when and wherever you want, drink what you want, or even develop an unhealthy bout of scurvy. Not that we recommend the scurvy. Instead of stealing and pillaging tangible items of value, we take inspiration from interesting brewers and breweries, chefs and restaurants or even scientists and engineers. If there is ever a better way of doing something we want to find out about it, research it and if we find there is a benefit to it we will implement it. There needs to be balance. We need to make sure that we live well, that we take care of the environment and that we take care of each other. Good beer plays a big part in enriching our lives and that’s something we want to share with anyone’s nose and palate that is willing to tune in.
Root Sellers Two guys met 10 years ago, became friends and loved to drink tasty beer. Those two guys, while on a tangent had an idea. They talked to another guy about their idea who could help build their idea into something better. Those three guys turned the idea into a reality and met the fourth guy who had another idea. Like a key and a lock, all the ideas came together and created a super idea. This super idea is Root Sellers!
That Singapore Beer Project That Singapore Beer Project is a social brewing project that aims to make beers that are inspired by Singaporeans’ beer-related preferences. The idea is to design beers that not only taste good, but are widely accepted because of how they fit the taste and quirks of the people. For our inaugural campaign, the project hopes to launch four beers that are crafted from the opinions of four groups of people who are part of the national beer-scape. They are our nation’s tireless hawkers; fun-loving youths; inventive restaurateurs; and knowledgeable craft beer experts!
